Frequently Asked Questions

Every month, you can expect a candy box with a general theme as well as a bunch of imported items from all over the world. Each subscription box contains at least 10 different full sized items and mini boxes contain at least 6 items.

We ship out all of our orders the week of the 10th of every month. You will receive a Canada Post email confirmation when your items has been shipped. If you place your order after the 9th at 6:00pm Mountain Time, your order will be shipped out on the week of the 10th of the following month. Delivery times depend on your shipping address. Orders take approximately 1 - 2 business days for western provinces and 4 - 5 business days for eastern provinces.

One-time boxes are normally sent out on the week of the 10th of every month just like subscriptions. This is because the box and gifts of the month contain the same items as our subscription boxes. There are also select boxes in our one-time store that can be ordered with next day shipping for a small fee.

You can choose to pay a small fee to get your boxes sent out immediately. This option is only available for select boxes in our one-time store. Not for subscriptions.

Our standard pricing is $27 plus shipping and taxes. This price is reduced when you sign up for longer plans. You are billed when you order your first product and re-billed on the 20th of every month.

You have the option of purchasing gift subscriptions as well as personal subscriptions with different plans including 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. You can also order one off gifts or boxes in our one-time shop section.

There is no difference between the items in our candy boxes and gift boxes. Each month, these packages will contain the same items that revolve around our monthly theme. The main difference between these two products is the gift experience that includes custom notes. This goes for one-time candy boxes of the month and gift boxes of the month too.

If you’re a subscriber to our monthly service then you will continue to be billed for candy boxes until you cancel your subscription. Rebilling takes place on the 20th of every month and apply for month to month candy subscriptions as well as 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions.

You can access information and cancel your account one of the following ways:

Find our initial email: You can sign in by clicking on the link that was sent out by email when you ordered your first box. You can then make adjustments to your account.

Create an account on our website: You can sign up on our website home page using the "Create and account" link in the top right corner. You must use the same email as when you placed your first order. Once you create your account, you can then sign in adjust your account.

Email us: Send an email to with the subject line "Cancel my subscription"

Our big monthly contest is a Golden Ticket. If you find one in your candy box then you will be “treated” to a free box the following box. If you find a Golden Ticket under the hood of your box just pose for the camera and submit your selfie on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Currently we do not offer peanut free or gluten free boxes. This is on our radar to implement in 2017. Hold tight!
